Bananas are a type of Food which are used for health and stamina regeneration. It can be very useful in the early-game especially because Health Potions and Heroic Potions are not yet readily available at that stage. The Spicy Banana is a skill which specifically powers up Bananas, giving them a chance of giving Heat. The Spicy Banana also heals whenever a stamina is spent, rewarding the character for spending all of the stamina put out by their Bananas.
