Manathirst gives you 1 per hit.
Manathirst's second effect, "20 gained: activates separately from its regular attacks. It activates one time for every 20 accumulative gained by any of your items. The center of the sword's blade will progressively light up from the hilt to the tip while you spend , when it gets fully lit up, it means you have gained 20 and Manathirst will steal 10 life (or more if you have any ) and reset the count (and the visual effect of the blade).
The life stealing effect can deal critical hits.
