Ice Dragon is obtainable by both Pyromancer and Reaper, but the way to get it is different for them. Pyromancer needs the subclass "Cryomancer", from selecting Frozen Flame when subclass items are offered, and can then find them in the shop. Reaper can only aquire it by crafting from combining Ruby Whelp and White-Eyes Blue Dragon.
