Deck of Cards is an item necessary to be able to find Playing Cards in the shop and also to reveal the first card to start a chain of card reveals. If you own a Deck of Cards, they will no longer show up in the shop, so you can only have one. Once you buy the Deck of Cards one card is offered instantly in its spot.
